Shipping & Handling

At Sachi Vera, each piece is made to order with care. We take pride in delivering your clothing safely and on time. Below are our shipping and handling details:

 

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan):

We work with TCS to ensure fast and reliable nationwide delivery.

  • Processing Time: Your order will be dispatched within 10-12 working days after a sales advisor sends you an order confirmation (since each item is made to order).

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 2–4 business days across Pakistan.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via SMS/email once your order is shipped.

International Shipping:

For worldwide deliveries, we work with SkyNet International Courier Services.

  • Processing Time: Your order will be dispatched within 3-4 weeks after a sales advisor sends you an order confirmation. 

  • Delivery Time: Depending on your country, delivery may take 7–14 business days after dispatch.

  • Customs & Duties: Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply in their country.

    If you don’t receive an order confirmation within 48 hours, kindly whatsapp on +92 370 7986695 with your order number and  Bank Transfer screenshot to confirm.


Handling & Care:

  • Each order is hand-checked and securely packed before shipping.

  • In case of delays due to weather, holidays, or customs clearance, we will keep you updated.

  • If you experience any issue with your shipment, our support team is available to assist.

  • All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
