Return Policy

At Sachi Vera, each piece is individually made to order with the most care and craftsmanship. Because of this, we do not accept returns on any orders.

However, to ensure your satisfaction, we do offer:

• Exchanges – in cases of incorrect size, colour/SKU, or manufacturing defect (must be requested within 48 hours of delivery and subject to inspection).

• Alterations – if you require adjustments to size or length, we will be happy to alter your outfit. (Alteration surcharge: PKR 3,500/-. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)

Important Notes:

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached to be eligible for exchange/alteration.

• Colour Disclaimer: While we strive to represent our designs as accurately as possible, colours may vary slightly due to lighting and natural fabric dye variations.

• No Returns: Refunds or returns for change of mind are not offered, as each outfit is custom-made for you.
