Exchange & Refund

At Sachi Vera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While all of our pieces are made to order with care, we understand that adjustments may sometimes be needed.

Exchange Policy:

Any product purchased from Sachi Vera can be exchanged within 48 hours after delivery, provided it is in its original condition, for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size / colour / SKU received

  • Manufacturing defect

To initiate an exchange:

  • Please email our customer care team at hello@sachivera.com or +92 370 7986695 with your order number and reason for exchange.

  • Once your item is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected. Our customer care team will update you as soon as possible.

👉 Note: All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Non-Refundable Items:

Since every product is custom-made, we do not offer cash refunds.

  • Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, incorrect orders, or color variations due to screen/lighting differences.

  • Only eligible items can be exchanged for a different size or product.


Colour Disclaimer:

We aim to provide the best possible colour match to the designs shown in our pictures. However, please note that colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or natural fabric dye variations.


Alterations:

Ordered the wrong size or need a longer length? Don’t worry — we’ve got you covered!

  • Simply send your outfit back to us, and we will alter it for you 🤍

  • Alteration surcharge: PKR 3,500/-

  • All shipping and handling costs are to be paid by the customer.


Order Cancellation:

Please note that we follow a no order cancellation policy, as each outfit is made to order.


International Orders:

For international customers, due to high logistics costs, exchanges are not guaranteed. Please contact us first and we will guide you based on the situation.
